Mr. Leske was born in Victoria, Texas in 1978 and has happily called Texas his home for his entire life. He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2000. Following college, Mr. Leske worked as a workers' compensation claims adjuster for a large national insurance company. The work entailed the investigation and resolution of claims from Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. As a result of this experience, Mr. Leske is adept at handling all aspects of the issues facing his clients, from start to finish. In 2007, Mr. Leske graduated from The University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Leske participated in the Duberstein National Moot Court Competition in Bankruptcy Law. He was also a member of the inaugural staff for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas and Energy Law. Mr. Leske also interned for the Hon. Frank Monroe of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Since graduating from law school, Mr. Leske has practiced in a multitude of litigation areas. He has experience in cases ranging from personal injury to maritime disputes to medical malpractice. When he is not at work, Mr. Leske enjoys Texas Longhorn sports, the Houston Astros, hunting, and spending time with his family.
